Where tradition meets passion
What began as a blacksmith's forge in 1899 became the region's first petrol station and, in time, a workshop that has witnessed generations of vehicles. From horse-drawn carriages to the earliest automobiles, classic cars and modern off-roaders — the Loder family has been living mobility for over 125 years.
Today, Maximilian Loder carries the legacy forward — with the same dedication that drove his great-grandfather. In the same place. With the same values. Only the machines have changed.
Since 1927, our petrol station has stood for tradition, continuity and automotive history. This makes Josef Loder Motore one of the oldest petrol stations in the world still in operation today.
What began a century ago is still a living piece of automotive history. While the world, the vehicles and the technology have changed fundamentally over the decades, our petrol station has remained a place where past and present meet.
We are proud of our long tradition and of carrying this special place forward to this day. 100 years of petrol station history make Josef Loder Motore something truly special – a piece of history that is still alive.

Not just a workshop. A place for people who see their vehicle as more than a means of transport. Whether classic-car restoration, off-road conversions or routine servicing — craftsmanship is what we live here.
“The machines change.
The passion remains.”

Sometimes life writes stories you could never invent.
The story of JEEPER Champagne begins in the Champagne region and originates in an extraordinary bond between a winemaker and an American off-road vehicle.
Armand Goutorbe came from a winemaking family with a long tradition, which had been cultivating vines in Champagne for generations. After the Second World War he returned home badly wounded. To be able to work his vineyards again and reach the sprawling vine plots, he was given a Jeep.
The rugged vehicle quickly became his constant companion. With his Jeep, Armand Goutorbe travelled through the vineyards and around Épernay – so regularly that people in the region soon simply called him “Jeeper”.
What was at first only a nickname eventually became a trademark.
In 1949 Armand Goutorbe gave his champagne the name JEEPER. In doing so he wanted not only to commemorate his extraordinary companion, but also to distinguish himself from other winemaking families named Goutorbe in Champagne.
Thus a champagne brand was born with a story that to this day joins two worlds: French winemaking tradition and the fascination for automobiles.
Today JEEPER stands for champagne from the Champagne region around Faverolles-et-Coëmy, west of Reims. The family’s winemaking history reaches back considerably further – to the 18th century.
Over the decades the brand has continued to evolve without losing its distinctive identity. It is precisely this combination of origin, craftsmanship and independent character that makes JEEPER a champagne that tells more than just the story of a good drop.
For us at Josef Loder Motore, JEEPER is therefore more than a champagne.
It is the story of a person, a vehicle and an extraordinary idea. A story about how passion and technology can come together – and how a legendary off-road vehicle gave rise to the name of a special champagne brand.
Automotive passion meets French savoir-vivre.
And so JEEPER fits exactly where we feel at home: among extraordinary vehicles, genuine craftsmanship and special moments.
JEEPER Champagne – born from history. Made for special moments.

Sometimes special things emerge where passion, craftsmanship and home come together.
That is exactly what AUGUST Gin from Augsburg stands for. A classic London Dry Gin that combines regional ingredients with a special, unmistakable note.
AUGUST Gin uses selected botanicals such as juniper, sloe, coriander, angelica, orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. The special touch: the recipe is refined with shavings of Swiss stone pine. The result is a gin with character that combines classic gin aromas with a subtle regional distinction.
AUGUST Gin stands for the union of tradition and modernity. Its production follows the classic London Dry style, while the carefully selected botanicals give the gin its very own character.
Its home is Augsburg – and it is precisely this regional connection that makes AUGUST Gin special. Today the gin is already available from numerous retailers throughout Germany.
We at Josef Loder Motore are delighted to be able to offer AUGUST Gin, passing on a product from our region that stands for quality, individuality and genuine passion.
Whether classic as a gin and tonic, neat or as the base for a special cocktail – AUGUST Gin invites you to take your time and discover its own character.
AUGUST Gin – regionally rooted, classic in style and distinctive in taste.
Some products begin with a recipe. Others begin with a passion.
Mondino is one of those products where the love of distinctive flavour takes centre stage. The idea behind it: to create an aperitivo with character, one that takes its time and interprets enjoyment in its own way.
Mondino combines classic aperitif culture with a modern understanding of quality and craftsmanship. Carefully selected ingredients, finely balanced aromas and attention to detail give the products their unmistakable character.
Mondino is not about fast consumption, but about the moment before: opening a bottle, pouring a glass, being together with friends and taking a little break from everyday life.
The aperitivo is more than just a drink. It is a way of life.
It is about raising a glass together, letting the day slowly wind down and putting enjoyment first. This is exactly the philosophy you find in Mondino.
Herbs, fruits and spices meet bittersweet and aromatic notes, creating a taste experience that can be familiar and surprising at the same time.
Mondino interprets this tradition in its own way – full of character, modern and with a clear commitment to quality.
Mondino Aperitivo is the heart of the product range. Its balanced interplay of herbs, fruits and spices makes it a versatile companion for special moments.
Its characteristic flavour combines pleasant bitterness with fruity and spicy nuances. This makes it suitable both neat over ice and as a base for creative aperitif creations.
A glass of Mondino Aperitivo is more than a drink: it is an invitation to pause and enjoy the moment.
With Mondino Stagionato, the story goes one step further.
The name "Stagionato" stands for maturity and time – and this very idea shapes the character of the product. The special ageing creates a more expressive and complex taste experience.
Stagionato is aimed at connoisseurs who enjoy exploring special aromas and discovering the difference that time and careful craftsmanship can make.
A product for special evenings, good conversations and people who like to experience enjoyment a little more intensely.
Amanero adds another distinctive character to the world of Mondino.
Here, carefully selected aromas meet a special, hand-crafted interpretation. The result is an expressive product that tells its own story while carrying on the shared philosophy of Mondino.
Amanero is for everyone who likes to discover something new and experience classic moments of enjoyment in a modern way.
Enjoyment does not necessarily mean alcohol.
Mondino Senza takes up exactly this idea and offers an alcohol-free way to experience the world of the aperitivo. The focus is not on going without, but on taste.
Senza was created for everyone who consciously chooses to avoid alcohol but still values a special, aromatic aperitif.
On ice, with tonic or as the base for an alcohol-free drink, Senza becomes a companion for sociable hours – with no compromise on the moment of enjoyment.
Four products, four different characters – and yet one shared idea:
Mondino stands for the joy of good taste.
For the time you take. For careful craftsmanship. For special ingredients and the small moments that make everyday life more beautiful.
Whether classic aperitivo, matured speciality, full-bodied enjoyment or alcohol-free alternative – every Mondino product invites you to rediscover enjoyment.
Mondino is not simply a drink. Mondino is a moment.
What makes Mondino special can be found not only in the glass, but also on the road.
Out of the Mondino founders' shared passion for the Alps, Italy and classic cars, the Mondino Transalpino was born in 2015. What began with just three vehicles has grown over the years into a special tour for people united by one thing: the joy of beautiful roads, extraordinary cars, good conversation and the unique lifestyle between the Alps and the south.
It is not about speed or being the first to the finish. The Mondino Transalpino is a shared experience – the journey is the destination. Winding Alpine passes, small country roads, impressive landscapes and carefully chosen stops make every tour a journey in which being on the road is itself the experience.
From Switzerland to Italy, across the Austrian Alps or through Slovenia and the Black Forest – past tours have followed some of the most beautiful roads and passes in the Alps. Sustenpass, Furkapass, Grossglockner, Passo di Falzarego, Sella Pass (Grödner Joch) and the Stelvio are just some of the stops that have been part of past Transalpino stories.
But the real specialty lies not only in the route.
It is the people who turn a classic-car outing into a community. Friends meet new faces, car talk turns into shared dinners, and a group of participants becomes a community that shares its enthusiasm for automotive classics and for life. New participants are expressly welcome.
And of course, one thing must not be missing along the way: a good aperitivo.
When, after winding roads, the engine cools, the sun slowly sinks behind the mountains and the cars stand side by side, perhaps the best part of the day begins.
The drive becomes a shared moment. A glass of Mondino, good music, great stories and a view of the landscape – this is where the philosophy behind the Transalpino shows.
At Mondino, Dolce Vita does not mean getting to the destination as quickly as possible. It means enjoying the journey.
The Mondino Transalpino combines automotive passion with the joy of travel and the taste of the south. It is a tribute to the Alps, to Italy, to classic cars and above all to the people who share this passion.
Mondino Transalpino – Let the good times roll.
